Not a rough estimate. Not a <a href=\"https:\/\/gbslandpoint.com\/author\/rosalindawhu24\/\">verbal confirmation<\/a> from a loan officer you met once. A full pre-approval based on <a href=\"http:\/\/dunumre.com\/agent\/eulahignacio02\/\">verified<\/a> income, tax returns, bank statements, and a hard credit pull. First-time buyers routinely underestimate this number.
