That is a real problem, and it is not going away quickly. But affordability being stretched does not mean prices are about to fall sharply. What it means, practically, is that the pool of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.findhomy.com\/author\/kaitlynupg107\/\">qualified buyers<\/a> is smaller than it was three years ago.<\/p>\n<p>Before you look at a single listing, get your financing fully sorted. Not a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.findhomy.com\/author\/ezequielfosbro\/\">rough estimate<\/a>. Not a <a href=\"http:\/\/dunumre.com\/agent\/steffen21p091\/\">verbal confirmation<\/a> from a loan officer you met once. A full pre-approval based on <a href=\"https:\/\/inmobiliariadeloporhecho.es\/agents\/randikethel13\/\">verified<\/a> income, tax returns, bank statements, and a hard <a href=\"https:\/\/centralscotlandlettings.co.uk\/author\/margaritoloewe\/\">credit pull<\/a>.
