You can ask the seller to repair specific items before closing. A longer closing window, a <a href=\"https:\/\/luxuryproperties.in\/author\/francescamarde\/\">shorter inspection<\/a> period, a larger earnest money deposit, or willingness to do a <a href=\"https:\/\/athworldproperties.com\/author\/lynellelwell5\/\">rent-back period<\/a> can all tip a deal in your favor without you spending an extra dollar on the <a href=\"https:\/\/investimo.biz\/author\/owenbocanegra0\/\">purchase<\/a> price.<\/p>\n<p>For buyers with a stable income, a down <a href=\"https:\/\/manguninghome.com\/author\/mollytdf504592\/\">payment<\/a> of at least ten percent, and a <a href=\"https:\/\/barabikri.com\/author\/deljenson35407\/\">concrete plan<\/a> to stay in the home for at least five years, this market is workable, even if it is not cheap or easy. The homes that are priced correctly for <a href=\"https:\/\/propertymgr.agency\/author\/carolyneldred\/\">current<\/a> conditions are still moving.
