If the home appraises below the contract price, the lender will only finance against the appraised value. The homes that are <a href=\"https:\/\/letsgoselfcatering.ie\/agents\/susanamoyes518\/\">priced correctly<\/a> for <a href=\"http:\/\/propz24.com\/author\/lienmusgrave8\/\">current conditions<\/a> are still moving.
